Sale and review notifications
Choose how often you receive sale alerts and turn sound and email on or off.
Check that the settings entry is available
Once you see Notification settings in the Creator Center, follow the steps below to adjust your alerts. If the entry isn't there yet, check product details for reviews and Creator Data for earnings.
Choose sale-alert frequency
Open Notification settings in the Creator Center and find the sales-frequency options. After choosing one, wait for the saved confirmation. Try again if saving fails.
| Option | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Once a day | One combined alert for the day's sales across your products. |
| Every sale | An alert for each sale. |
| Per product | One alert for each product sold that day. |
| Follow platform | The current platform default displayed on the page. |
Daily grouping uses Beijing time. One alert may include several sales; check your transactions for the earnings details.
Desktop sound and the notification list
Turn on notification sound if you'd like a chime when a sale comes in. Prefer things quiet? Leave it off. If a changed setting hasn't taken effect, refresh your account information or sign in again.
If you miss a card, open the desktop notification list. The details action on a review notification opens the corresponding creator management page.
Turn on email reminders
Turn on Email if you'd like reminders in your inbox.
If you prefer to check notifications in the desktop app, you can leave email off.
Missing an alert?
Check your earnings records first to see whether the sale is recorded. Then check whether alerts were grouped and your switches are on. For a review result, open the product's details.
Read transactions and redeem earnings
Understand creator earnings, balance changes, T+30 holds, credit conversions, and incentive applications.
Your account and credits
Check which account you're signed in with and how many credits you have left, redeem a gift card, get more credits when you run out, and sign out or switch accounts.
