Join and activate creator access
Use the right account, join the Creator Program, check your qualification, and resolve activation issues.
Ready to put a price on your work? Join the Creator Program with the account you use to publish. If you'd like to share it for free first, you can skip this step and submit your product.
Join the Creator Program
Check your publishing account
Open the account menu at the bottom left of the desktop app and check your email. Open the Creator Program with the same account. Qualification and earnings belong to that account, so do not pay using a different one.
Review the plan and payment details
Read through the benefits, price, and membership term. At checkout, check the subscription period and renewal terms before paying.
Select the join option. If prompted, sign in, then click the payment button to continue. If the page says you have already joined, open the Creator Center instead of buying again.
Pay and confirm your status
Complete checkout, then return to check your status. If you started from the desktop app, follow the prompt to confirm whether you paid and refresh the payment status.
Confirmation can take a little time. If the page is still waiting, refresh the payment status after a moment. If you've already been charged, hold off on paying again and keep your order details handy for support.
Check qualification and continue publishing
Open Creator qualification, check qualification and operating status, then return to your product to set its price.
If you have paid but access is unavailable, suspended, or awaiting reconciliation, contact support with your account, payment time, and order information. Do not pay again to try to restore access.
If you see an application form
The qualification page may also offer an application. Follow its requirements:
- Creator name and contact email.
- A description of what you plan to publish.
- An optional website.
- Acceptance of the current marketplace creator agreement.
You can save a draft and come back to finish it. When you're ready, submit it for review, then check the application history and feedback on the same page. If more information is requested or the application is rejected, revise it before resubmitting. If the agreement is not yet available, save a draft for now.
If your payment has already activated access, head back to your product and continue publishing.
Understand the three statuses

| Qualification | Approval grants qualification. Suspension restricts paid operations and needs to be resolved. |
| Operations | Check whether your account is still active. Read the note below before choosing to retire. |
| Redemption | If available, open Creator Data to check the unlocked amount. If frozen, contact support to find out why. |
Check the consequences before retiring
Retiring affects all products under your account and cannot be undone on this page. Read the on-screen explanation before continuing. To pause sales of just one product, unlist it from its details page.
Missing Creator Data or another menu?
Check your account and refresh. Some entries appear only when your account has access to them. If you're signed into the right account and still can't find the entry, ask support to check.
Once you are ready, publish your first product.
