Floatboat is a digital workspace subscription. We do not ship physical goods, so there is no parcel to return, no return shipping instruction, and no return freight for you or for us to pay.

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

To request a legally required refund, email [email protected] with your account email and order details. We will review the request and respond within 14 days.
